Wonderful (but find a name!)
A greatly intelligent podcast but does not dump its audience in unknown ground. Love the varying opinions. But please find a name for it! Call it Curtain Call or Floodlights or Matinée or Applause or something...
A different perspective
Nice to hear reviews from a different perspective, from the audience point of view, and love to hear honesty about whether it is worth paying to see shows - don't think a single critic could honestly tell you whether The Children's Hour is actually worth spending the money on, especially from their seats!
A welcome addition to my podcast rota
I had been hoping someone woud do a weekly podcast on the London Theatre scene, (sad I know, but I really had). I'd looked for one and not found anything fitting the bill and only a few weeks later this popped up!
And it's off to a fine start, bringing news, comment and reviews on West End, off-West End and Fringe Theatre. It's people who clearly love theatre doing this for the love of it. If you are a regular London theatre, I suggest you download and subscribe immediately.
