Excellent

Very much appreciate the detail provided in the podcast from people who seem very genuine. As much training talk & training is essential it is the people that make the difference. Just listened to Ambers part one and am excited to hear part 2! Thankyou for your honesty and openness in an area for young athletes that is very often swept under the carpet. Essential content for young athletes and indeed coaches to hear that no one should have to live through in reality - but they do. Thanks again team trainerroad

Used to be a fantastic podcast

This used to be the greatest cycling podcast you could possibly find, and then somewhere along the way all it became was a podcast for Jonathan to constantly interrupt everyone to offer his own opinions over and over. It used to have fantastic content, but that too has slowly been replaced with long monologues of race experiences the individual coaches had which is simply neither entertaining nor useful. A real pity that the podcast has faded in quality over the last year or so.

Detailed

I love the podcast which is very detailed and excellent for long turbo sessions. Otherwise they can be a little long. I found a recent podcast was perfect at 1hr duration. Keep up the good work.
