    AVSocial 50: Twitter Jail

    Operators Are (Not) Standing By

About a month ago, Caster Communications’ Twitter account was “temporarily suspended”. Considering CEDIA Expo 2019 is on the way (or in full swing as of this releasing), losing an outlet like Twitter can be devastating for any company. And if Twitter’s own CEO can get their account hacked, shouldn’t you work towards keeping your own social media fronts safe? On this episode of AVSocial, we talk to Caster Communciations themselves about what happened, how they dealt with the issue, and what you can do in case of losing access to your important social media tools.

Host: Dawn Meade and Kelly Perkins
    Guests:

    Kim Lancaster – Caster Communications
    Ashley Daigneault – Caster Communications
