Just what I was looking for.
I’ve been struggling to exercise during lockdown due to living in a tiny flat and having no outdoor space, leaving little options other than just to get out and run (which can get quite monotonous!) I like the idea of guided sessions over zoom but being a glasses wearer and taking them off for exercise means I struggle to see the screen! I’ve been trying to think of a way around this and having the BMF workout as a podcast is the perfect solution! Being able to download the workout then head out to the nearest park to train is literally a game changer. I very much look forward to future sessions! – Adam
Brilliant all round workout
Definitely recommend for those that want to get / stay fit . Great motivation too for those that struggle to exercise solo . Plenty of exercises/ running etc , it’s like your very own personal trainer .
Did this workout tonight and it was fantastic ! Really missing the outdoor BMF sessions, but this will definitely make up for it in the meantime. Great, clear instructions, varied exercises- the session flew by ! Will be doing again..thanks Graham !
