In our 84th podcast, we talk to Will and James of Balance Brewing & Blending.

Making 'mixed-culture, barrel fermented beers', Will and James come from a more than solid background in Manchester brewing. Putting their knowledge and passion to work they started Balance a few years ago aiming to produce the best wild fermented beers they could.

During the podcast they talk to us about that start, how it worked with there days jobs at Track Brewing Co and Squawk Brewing Co at the time, and the plans they had from the beginning.

We also talk about their love for this style of beer, and why they choose this way of brewing. As well as talking all things barrels, possible spontaneous fermentation in Manchester, and plans for a taproom.
