Having had an awakening experience a couple of years ago which transformed her life beyond recognition, Mary now devotes her time to be being a bright spark that ignites the light in others.
Mary has a way of speaking practically yet pointing us to the formless nature of Mind and has grounding in the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness & Thought.
Together we'll explore how when we're focussing on what's not - we get lost in thought and live in a world of lack, versus when we pay more attention to who we really are beneath our personal thinking, we become part of the natural unfolding of life and from there the most unexpected and magical creations come out of the formless into form.
As well as being the the author of The Joy Formula & Mind Yoga, Mary has a coaching practice called The Daily Principles and facilitates the Mind Yoga Spa Facebook group which helps people live simpler, stress-free lives.

Mary will be joined by Steph Wilson and Kaye Taylor, co-founders of humanbeing.tv and who are both professionally trained Three Principles practitioners, having graduated from the One Thought Institute in January this year.
