    Then understanding the various different factors which can influence your stress levels and associated feelings.
    And finally some tactical solutions to help you feel better immediately and protect your immune system, plus some wider and deeper considerations that will allow you to address the root causes of stress with a view to being less fragile, so you're better able to cope with challenging circumstances whilst also preventing illness. So really acting as a starting point for you to explore different things 
    Ultimately my aim here is to help empower you to start reclaiming your mind, body and spirit, and provide a gateway to a personal journey of self discovery, healing and resilience building.

    Michele has been working in the field of human behavior and self-development for almost 20 years with a particular focus on trauma and anxiety. She is Certified Practitioner and Trainer in NLP, a Certified Practitioner of Havening Techniques and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is also a Personal Development Coach with Deepak Chopra on his digital wellness platform Jiyo, where she has over 30 videos demonstrating Havening Techniques called the Healing Haven. Michele is currently doing a master’s degree with Dr Gabor Maté, a leading specialist in trauma and addiction. Michele works on Zoom internationally and also has offices in Beverly Hills and Harley Street.
