My nutritionist recommended your pod casts. I listen to them driving to and from work. Really positive use of this otherwise wasted time. I love to cycle and am very interested in nutrition to have energy on the bike at work and home.

Amazing, knowledge-filled, inspirational show!

Ben’s podcast is my go-to podcast when I want to learn more about anything fitness, nutrition, training or health related as well as being a weekly listen to maintain my understanding of up-to-date fitness topics. I have been listening to the podcast for around three years now from way back in the days of Rachel and Ben and I still look forward to every episode. It was from Ben’s show that I learnt all of the foundational knowledge of nutrition, training, fat-loss and muscle building that I know and apply now. Ben and Tom’s more recent shows range from engaging, fascinating and inspiring to down-right hilarious. The topics the show covers are extensive and all-encompassing. What Ben and his team are doing in the fitness industry is nothing short of incredible and I hope they keep up all of the world-changing work they’re doing!! Cheers guys.
