JW is always on the money

I've always felt that James gives great insight into the fitness aspect of training without the BS generally doing the rounds. Keep up the good work.

Great Podcast

I've paid strength trainers to tell me the same stuff James tells me for free!
There's very little on iTunes that's mtn bike training specific but even if there was they'd struggle to match the knowledge and entertaining format of this Podcast.
I was on the trail today and was consciously applying what I'd been listening too - and that's a sign that this is a great Podcast.

This has loads of really useful stuff I've picked up so many training tips from it and the reviews are handy. Deffinately recommended
