[BIZ TIPS] Re-Examining Your Definition of Success Room to Grow Podcast with Emily Gough

There are two things you need to be asking yourself to create your own version of success:
1. Get clear on your WHY. Why do you do what you do? Dig deep - this can’t just be about the money. There has to be more to it than that.
2. What do you want? What feels good to you? And most importantly, when you make a decision (or someone offers you a suggestion) and you try it on for size, how does it feel for you?
