Wow!
This seems to be a little known podcast which upsets me! I had developed a stress related habit and seeked quality Yoga Nidra that didn't ask you to follow them on social platforms, had harsh voices, took a good ten minutes to get started or have incredibly ineffective method. After a few minutes of digging I found this and was immediately satisfied. Her voice is calm and genuine, and I was relaxed immediately. I love this podcast and am exploring the different episode! Thank you Jill!!
Yoga nidra is too rushed - spoils what would be a lovely practice
I found this while looking for a decent yoga nidra session, and while I like the practitioners voice a lot, it is just too rushed to actually relax into the practice and actually feel and experience relaxation through the different body parts. It would be great if there was a slower version.
