    • Automotive

In this week’s episode Charlotte and Sophia are back in the recording studio following a busy couple of weeks at the Superyacht Design Festival in Milan and the Ultra High Network Insight Summit in Monaco.  As well as talking over the Design & Innovation Awards winners and their festival highlights, Charlotte also reveals some of the insights on owners’ expectations that she picked up from the conference in Monaco. They also discuss the sinking of a yacht off the Turkish coast, Joe Biden’s comments on the yachting industry and the return of Below Deck Mediterranean on board a well-known Hessen. In the news this week Heesen’s Book Ends has been spotted on sea trials and 70 metre Nobiskrug Project 795 has been seen for the first time since October 2020. Plus the uplifting story of a classic yacht that has been saved from her pending demolition.  The data story is focused on the changing demands from younger superyacht owners.
