Fun & informative

Easy listening that will both broaden & deepen your understanding of the human body. Handy if you live in one.

A wonderful resource for experienced bodyworkers and beginners

Talking about health and bodywork can be fascinating but at times it can be very dry. Happily, David Lesondak’s Body Talk guarantees an engaging journey through conversations with a range of experts on movement, massage and more, all of whom bring rich and important insights to the table. It is a wonderful resource for both experienced bodyworkers (such as myself) and beginners to learn from each person’s unique skill set and experience, while also enjoying the conversation and occasional jokes.

Just like a body needs to feel safe in order to change, you need to trust the source in order to learn and I highly recommend David as a resource you can rely on. I’m looking forward to learning more from future episodes!
