Max is an epic fantasy author who grew up in Washington D.C. He now resides just outside D.C. with his wife and four kids. Max and his brother Eli grew up playing an invented role-based game in a fantasy world they created, using only pencils and pads of paper. Over the years, they have built out the world of Mind’s Eye (www.mindseye.site) and continue to explore stories of heroics, great evil, and triumph against that fantastical backdrop.

Max authored Zodak – The Last Shielder, book 1 of the Tempest Rising Series (release date: April 9, 2024) and Throne Born, a prequel novella that takes place 200 years before Zodak, and is working on subsequent books and novellas. In his free time, Max loves playing/swimming/skate boarding/trampolining/fishing and skiing with the Treehouse Gang, riding his classic motorcycle, woodworking, drawing/painting, watching great movies and playing board games.

Be sure to preorder Zodak – The Last Shielder and jump into the world of Mind’s Eye!
