Klaudia's family prepare a tradional Polish meal for Christmas Eve and then a full British turkey roast for Christmas Day. Nadia's family are vegan so replace turkey with nut roast but have all the roast vegetables including potatoes, carots and sprouts.

She explains her training regime and diet needed to be fit as a footballer at Crystal Palace where she is a member of their Under 21 Women's team.
