    A Shared Memory

    A Shared Memory

    In this meditation we begin by looking in a mirror. From here we shift the image to a reflection of energy and then leave the room. Outside of the room is a person in our lives who has a shared memory with us. This memory is a reflection of how we created the image that we see reflected back to us. The healing is shifting our perspective and changing the image.
