This feed has two shows. "Spoonful of Sugar" where my best good friend joins me. We talk about life, pop culture, sex, and all things middle aged. Then there's just me talking about my life, and the painfully awkward situations I face everyday. Wait! Don''t go! Don''t quietly dislike most people, join us. Lets dislike them together. Out loud!! This is one of the few podcasts that isn't three white guys talking. I think you should subscribe. Not for me, but for us, and what we could be together.

Great and keeps on getting even better!
Started listening to Return to Sender (Sandra's first podcast) after The 40 Year Old Boy plugged it, over 4 years ago. Sandra was the star of that show and is now doing what she does best, without being interrupted by MMM. Lot's of laughs and some tears, as this Winnipeg postie shares her life experiences and thoughts. Some of the RTS contributers have joined Sanchez again, along with some awesome newbies. As she says, listen to a few and hopefully you'll be hooked, just like me.
