Drink of the Week:

Some Apricot Stuff (backshots...apricot sensation...you decide 🤣🤣🤣)

2 Tablespoons of apricot preserve

A handful or so of fresh basil

.5 oz Mint Simple Syrup

2 oz Apricot Nectar

2 oz Aviation Gin

.5 oz Grand Mariner Fresh Lime (one half for 4 drinks but more or less depending on preference)

Foam

3-4 squeezes Mint Simple Syrup

Dash of Cayenne

Dash of Cinnamon

.5-1 oz Fee Foam Substitute (or mix some egg whites)

Muddle apricot preserve + basil together. Add mint simple syrup and muddle slightly. Add ice to mixer. Pour in gin + apricot nectar +. juice from half a lime. Shake that ish! Strain and pour into chilled glass. Float grand mariner using bartender spoon (or just pour it in 😅).In a separate mixer combine ingredients for foam. Shake or use immersion blender to mix. Layer foam on top of drink. Add dried apricot and basil for decor.

Serve and drink well responsibly!
