Amazing!
I love listening to this podcast. It expands my knowledge and practice as a qualified nanny and also gives great thinking points and ideas. I think that this is a great resources for those in the childcare field - but parents could also take a lot from it.

Martha I love your podcasts and have got lots of useful new tips for being a nanny. I’ve been in childcare 13 or so years and a nanny 4.5 but you can always learn new ideas from others. I’m about to start a new job and listened again to your podcast on starting with a new family.
