Ghosts In The Burbs Liz Sower

I both do and don’t want these stories to be true, and love the ambiguity of it all! Have listened to them all (came across it during our first lockdown here in the UK) and am doing a re-listen currently while eagerly awaiting new episodes. The premise is so clever and effective, and though I have a high tolerance for terror (I write horror myself as a hobby), some of these episodes can leave me creeped out even on a sunny summer day. Thanks, Liz, for such an amazing podcast!!! 👻

I don’t know if the tales are true/embellished or completely made up but I am thoroughly enjoying them, especially the wry, character observations and pithy mum humour. Thank you!

Honestly, I have binged this podcast since I found it, I’m now listening to it from start to finish for the third time. Liz is such a great story teller and the amount of work that is put in to it really shows. Funny in the darkest way possible
