Episode 4 - the Pandemic Pause

Episode 4 - the Pandemic Pause

Welcome to the fourth episode of The Coach Potatoes.

In this episode Lara and Andrew chat about the ‘pandemic pause’ that we’ve all endured (or are enduring at the moment). Has this given you the time and space to consider your personal and professional goals? If so, we look at a wide range of options that you might want to explore, some ideas for next steps and also how coaching can help you. We get a little distracted by talking about different responses to the global pandemic and how to get through this challenging time but we do get the conversation back on track!

Later in this episode we take a look at the importance of updating and continually refreshing your LinkedIn profile. Our quote of the podcast looks at the grass always being greener on the other side and whether that is really the case. What has been your experience?

We’d love to hear from you with any questions, comments or suggestions, so feel free to connect with us anytime.
