    Another acronym sneaked into this episode without any explanation, apologies about that:
    EBITDA stands for Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. It is calculated by adding back interest, tax, depreciation and any capital paid on loans to net income.

    "Can I buy a CMO building as my first Commercial Property Investment?" is an often asked and fair question. When getting started it can be difficult to work out what size and type of commercial building to buy. 
    It depends on the individual and their circumstances and lets not forget CMO buildings come in all shapes and sizes. Some can contain as little as two or three units.
    In this episode Jerry reaffirms what a CMO building is and the different forms it can take. He then asks how passive or active an investor you wish to be and explains a couple of different elements you might require when getting started in this great cash-flowing strategy.

Jerrys style and knowledge is great as he conveys different topics in an easy to understand way! Would highly recommend this podcast for anyone moving into the commercial real estate space.
