Whilst I am always a "glass half full" kind of person I want to give you a balanced view of Commercial Property Investing, including some of the challenges.
Any one of these could be your excuse for deciding not to get involved in Commercial Property. It isn't straight forward and there are barriers to entry, but most of those are mindset barriers rather than actual market challenges. They help keep the competition out and give serious investors lots of opportunities.
