Fab podcast!

I recently started listening to this podcast after hearing Fran talk as a guest on Victoria Maskell’s ‘The positivity and prosperity’ podcast, as what Fran talked about in that around food freedom, diet culture and confidence really struck a chord with me and I wanted to learn more. As someone who always seems to be ‘on a diet’, I’m ready for a new approach after years of yo-yo dieting, and Frans message is so refreshing and a big eye opener. She talks in such an easy to understand, relatable way that actually makes sense. It feels liberating to think there is ‘another way’ to develop a lasting positive & healthy relationship & mindset towards food and your body. I’m so glad she’s doing this podcast as I think it’ll be a game-changer for me, and I can’t wait for more episodes!
