What a fantastic informative podcast.
I recommend it
Pretty cool show. Love it. Very realistic, and educational too.
Hi guys, thank you so much! I’m 46 and found an exercise that I love - went at it HARD 5/6 sessions weeks for months (hiit style of training ). For the amount and intensity of what I was doing there was very little by way of weight or inch loss. I now know that this was totally wrong for me. Have cut back to two sessions per week and upped the amount of Walking I do and been careful about what I eat and have shifted about a stone in just over 5 weeks. I’ve listened to your podcasts on repeat since I found you and am so enlightened. #goldennuggets
