A real eye opener

This is a podcast anyone who has ever taken the smallest hint of interest in diet needs to listen to, wether you’re deep into your nutritional beliefs or you just occasionally read the odd ‘blueberries reverse inflammation’ article and want to go buy a punnet.

Misinformation spreads like wildfire, especially today when we can get on google and make ‘our own choices’

Before you take in what it is you’re being told about diet and nutrition, listen to this podcast, listen to this podcast and then go back and use this knowledge to take apart the information being presented to you so beautifully and ‘factually’ from those you trust on Instagram, in blogs, from news articles, even from your own friends and family 👍

Fab!

Really appreciate this podcast, great content & i like the informal way of presenting as it makes it less dry and ensures the inclusion of thoughts that wouldn't always be included in a more scripted dialog. I feel it is accessible for all who are interested in this topic.
