Hi there, for some reason I seem to be receiving old episodes. Anyone else? I didn’t listen for a while and just got back so I thought maybe I missed out on something. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this Mary!

I really like these podcasts- they are in manageable chunks if you want to take a break but concentrate properly during it, but also are just very relaxing even if you aren’t actually doing a mediation- I just find Mary’s voice soothing sometimes. Thank you for making these versions free! :)
