A podcast made by a late 20s man who knows quite literally nothing and naturally assumes his life will end on his 30th birthday.

This podcast isn't intended to provide you with anything useful but simply for my own entertainment. It's an outlet for me to ramble about completely useless detritus, essentially a public diary.

Generally, I'll cover a wide range of varying subjects that affect my daily life including mental health, cats, existential questions and what I ate for breakfast.
