Dealing with Loss Starting Over with BWitched

In the second episode of their new podcast Starting Over, Edele, Sinead and Lindsay from B*Witched talk about their individual experiences of moving on and starting over after the band came to an end.

For Lindsay, there were a lot of endings in a short space of time - not long before they lost their record deal, Lindsay lost her Mum, which completely consumed her. She talks really honestly about her grieving process, and how important her relationships with the other girls were at this dreadful time in her life.

Sinead moved in with her boyfriend (now husband!) Michael after the band ended, and threw herself into work. She had a big ambition - she wanted to find and launch the next big Irish girl group - and she invested a lot of time and money in the process. Ultimately, it didn't work out, and Sinead talks about how she had to start again... Again! 




Edele moved back to Ireland and started songwriting. As well as writing for other people, she also wrote an album for herself - and in this episode she talks really openly about the difficulties she faced because of being "Edele from B*Witched". Yes, they'd had huge success - but when it comes to the music industry, this comes with negatives as well as positives.




Keavy will of course be joining the rest of the girls a little later in the series... She's currently a little busy as she's just had two gorgeous babies!
