This is a podcast where I read from my teenage diaries and my husband and the occasional guest make fun of me or validate my memoirs. We talk big issues I faced and that teenagers today have to deal with too. I have 22 diaries in total spanning from 12 years old up until about 19. We're going start to finish, so you can dip in wherever you like or start at Episode 1 for the total story!

What a great idea!
The concept of this podcast is nuts, I love it. Laying it all out for everyone to hear about the joys of teenage life, very brave. The host is a great storyteller!
Stick this show in your diary
Well... This is a show unlike anything I’ve listened to thus far. A husband and wife combo present the wife’s teenage diary with the husband mocking it.
The show has a very, very clear audio quality to it. It begins by recapping what happened in the previous episodes - the show is episodic so if you aren’t starting at the beginning (you monster) it brings you up to speed nicely. The theme then kicks in before the show starts. That theme really captures the tone of the show too by the way.
There’s something sadistically enjoyable about hearing someone go over/laugh at their teenage life. They reflect upon and analyse the events within the diary too. Sean and Lauren provide their audience with an insight in to the life of a teenage British girl.
If you’re looking for something a little different to the news shows, YouTuber’s and true crime etc out there, give these folks a try!

A great nostalgic podcast
I love this podcast, it takes you straight back to that time. A MUST listen to anyone who lives in that local area. Lauren and Sean are the perfect partnership and I love how Sean doesn’t know some of the local language, makes me laugh every time.
Justin Berfield for life and can’t wait to meet Kirk Burton.. 🤓
