Fab podcast
Great podcast for any age! Gives you the knowledge that I only wish I’d been given when I was younger! X
Listen to this & learn to love yourself!
This is such a good podcast, right on target no matter what your age. How much of our lives do we as women waste, worrying and being anxious about how we look? And who notices apart from ourselves??The conversation between these four reveals just how deep our anxiety goes and the huge negative impact it can have, stopping us from enjoying and getting the best from our life, friends and families. How crazy is that! You’ll do yourself a big favour if you listen to this and take note - the “perfect” body doesn’t exist, so stop worrying about yours then crack on and enjoy your life to the full!
