Customer Reviews
Brilliant and thrilling
This is a truly captivating podcast with fantastic topics explored in it! I miss it dearly!
Fantastic podcast!
Deliberations - I've only just started listening to this podcast but I can't get enough! It's very well acted and I love the fact that the jury's dialogue is not scripted so it makes it more real. I find myself agreeing or disagreeing with the jurors and I find the subject matter fascinating. I highly recommend it!
Nov 22 update - the podcast is now called Newsworthy. It’s just started but I really do not like it. It’s all about current news in an improv style. Unfortunately, it’s not for me and I won’t be listening anymore. I liked it a lot more when it was Deliberations.
Quality listen
I found this podcast searching for anything to do with statement analysis as it’s my new fascination.
Quite honestly I’m not really not a fan of fictional podcasts and prefer factual, true crime type podcasts but this really is something else (yes I am using convincing language, because it’s THAT good lol).
The majority of the actors are very easy to listen to, natural sounding-not mechanical.
I had not realise this was scripted until a little way into the first series. It helps that they are stories based on real life experiences.
It is a very compelling listen and I really think this podcast would be the in the Oscar nom category of fictional/dramatised podcasts if there was such a thing. (If not there really needs to be such a thing!)
I’m glad I found this little treasure,
