Daniel Priestley on Principles For Successful Property Businesses

Daniel Priestley on Principles For Successful Property Businesses

Daniel Priestley talks about the benefits of aligning your business with a purpose beyond making money, and how to go about that even if you feel you don't have a higher purpose.
We discuss how property developers and investors can use the principles of being oversubscribed to raise investment, and why the best method to get the highest price for your house (or any other development), is NOT to try and sell it, instead it's to get oversubscribed with buyers and let nature take its course.
