Unfocused but fun

Solidly entertaining movie chat. The quality varies from episode to episode (depending on the guests and the subject) but there's always something to enjoy - of particular note are the hilariously argumentative Brian De Palma episode and the frantic, quick-fire Halloween Horror episodes, where hundreds of listener-suggested horror movies are discussed in brief.

The director-focused episodes sometimes spend a bit too long on other topics before getting to the main subject (again, how interesting this is depends on the guest) but this also contributes to a laid-back "hang-out" feel so can also be a benefit.

Too long

Decent but the hour long pre ramble is completely utterly ridiculously annoyingly boring as fffkk - edit this shtt down ffs

Movie lovers talking about movies

Very entertaining discussions with a great host and guests. The show talks about some well known and some little know directors so it's great for the movie buff or newbie. The podcast does not have much structure to it but that is what adds to it's charm. It's just movie lovers talking about movies!
