Life altering; I’m not even joking.

Every time I listen to these podcasts (and I’m a only 3 in) I think I must be dreaming as the permissions and acceptance and support and healing delivered in such a non bs way by the incredibly articulate and compassionate Laura and her guests is messages that had I heard as a child, I wouldn’t have lost 30 years of my life to an eating disorder. I have genuine hope for the first time of recovery and what’s more this isn’t just for me. This is for EVERY BODY. We are all in this diet culture, fat phobic society where we have become disconnected and the revolution starts here.
If you want hope and to change, you need to listen to this. And to keep listening and hear the bs and diet culture be dismantled.

Not evidence based!!!

I was really disappointed when I listened to this podcast as most of what Laura says is not evidence based; seems to be mostly her opinions. This podcast seems to be an outlet for her to sell online courses.

I’m really concerned about the misleading/inaccurate messages that she sends out about nutrition.

Lack of professionalism aside, this is a very poor podcast that will misinform the public. It’s sad that Laura has chosen to leave behind all the science that she will have learnt, during her training.
