Learning with laughter and love

I learn so much from these podcasts that it feels like talking to a knowledgable friend who holds no punches. I laugh along at some of the hard truths but it’s shared with humility and wisdom that you can’t but not learn something new about yourself and how you respond to life. The guest speakers are honest, raw and make you feel like you’re listening to something personal yet special. Definitely part of my wellness journey, taking time for me and learning and laughing along the way.
