The keys to unlocking a new scene
Super late to this, but glad I listened. As an ageing rap listener, it’s increasingly tricky to hunt out new music within the world of left of field hip hop. In this episode, Uncommon Nasa and Samurai Banana trawl 2017’s most interesting releases and offer up a nicely curated list. Part 1 alone has already led me to pick up a couple of things from Bandcamp (inc. Nasa’s own album).
