This was honestly one of my favorite podcast episodes I've had in a while. A friend of mine recommended me to check out Emilia's work and I instantly spotted how many similarities we had in our content, yet she had more of the brains and science to back it up. Emilia has her BSc in Sports Biomedicine, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, a PhD in Exercise Physiology, and is a Registered Nutritionist based out of the United Kingdom, where she's currently a full-time online coach.
I like her approach so much because it's the perfect middle ground — it's a mix of the "grind harder" bodybuilding space, and the anti-diet/body positive influencer space. Both sides have merit, but have glaring pitfalls when applied separately. Emilia marries the two and talks all about it in this conversation together.
