We go on to talk about the development of the compassionate other, the fears, block and resistances to compassion and how we can use these to guide our approaches in introducing compassion to organisations. We finish with a brilliant takeaway from Stan, where he introduces a metaphor for all of us in the development of our own compassionate approach.
