This week Matt and Andy sat down with reality TV star & entrepreneur Lorri Haines to talk about his Dryy adventure.
Both Lorri and his partner Ferne McCann are both big supporters of the Dryy community and they have both been on their own Dryy journey since the turn of 2024 having taken part in our Get Dryy January challenge.
Lorri is incredibly ambitious, loves a challenge and is absolutely crushing it this year.  He set himself the target of not drinking for the first of the year and on this episode you can find out whether or not he achieved his goal and how he sees the next phase of his Dryy journey working out.

This week Matt catches up with Steve Davie, one of the first members of the Dryy app and Off the sesh.
Over the last 18 months since going Dryy, Steve has seen his life accelerate at a rapid rate in all areas of wellness.
