Fresh, Fun & Informative

Excited for this podcast to grow to only get better and better! I follow Danny on Instagram and every day he puts out great content be it advice, tips on how to best perform exercises or hosting live Q&A sessions. This is a perfect extension of that and allows him to go more in-depth while covering a range of other topics relevant to fitness and health. This is a fresh no bull approach with some fun at the start of the podcast but most of all, very informative as Danny comes across confident and knowledgeable. It’s a great listen and well-recommended!
