Thank you

From the bottom of my belly, thank you. I am only a few episodes into this podcast but it is already beginning to effect me and my body positively. I feel heard without ever having a communication with you or your guests. Keep up the inspiring, connective work you’re doing x

cfell77 ,

Such an amazing podcast!

I started listening to Eat the Rules last year and it truly is my favourite podcast. I have especially loved the recent movement series which is something I have struggled with in the past. There are so many “yes!” moments when I’m listening and I sometimes find I’m laughing out loud too as Summer has a great sense of humour. The content of the podcasts is just so helpful. Please keep up the amazing work!
