My favoirte of all podcasts by Dave Z. To hear Dr. C talk of love and loving onesself was the prime moment. When one understands that loving ourselves is the ONLY way we can all be happy it becomes the Only choice we can make. The other word that kept bouncing through my mind when I was listening was 'integrity', 'the result of learning to love ourselves'.

It's refreshing to hear someone recognize that sports teams, and athletes at all levels do not operate in isolation. Sports are more than mere games to entertain the masses- in fact, they have a social, and a political impact in our world and Zirin pushes us to recognize that.
Thank you for hosting a variety of guests that include people of different races and genders. Please continue to make connections between industry and individual, and continue to shout out athletes that recognize they can be bigger than the game they play.
One piece of feedback would be to improve your questioning style- at times, you seem to lead your guests into a question that basically answers the question before we hear their voice.
