Tanya Reynolds (Sex Education) stars in a dark, near-future science fiction fairytale about a robot who can feel, and the world that attempts to control her. When a robot called Eliza falls in love with Him (Arthur Darvill, Doctor Who), they work together to make her fully sentient. But consciousness doesn’t come without consequences. As Eliza gets caught in a web of both loving and abusive relationships, she has to fight to survive. #OneVoiceRaisesAnother

Customer Reviews
Gripping and Important
This gripping sci-fi thriller enthralls the listener with Eliza’s personal awakening and the slow horror of the changing relationship with her designated human, ‘Him’. The fascinating and shifting sociopolitical backdrop in - which considers how robot rights may one day evolve (and compete) against human rights - compounds oppressive feel of the show. How can Eliza escape when the fabric of society deems her a threat? The acting and sound design are as fantastic as you might expect them to be! I would recommend this highly to all audio drama fans!
Powerful and important storytelling
A powerful and moving allegorical piece of story telling - beautifully constructed and presented.
