Welcome to the England Rugby Pod, the rugby podcast that believes England will win the World Cup in 2019.

Andy and Dan are two mates with a passion for rugby. No professional experience, no media experience just a shared love of the game and pride in the English rose. Hear their thoughts on team selections, performances, results and join them as they follow England on their march to (hopefully) glory at the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.

Unique player profiles will give you a little extra insight into the players that make up the England squad, their 'Lions Watch' will share the high's and low's of the 2017 Lions Tour to New Zealand but their ultimate goal is to find out what makes the worlds next number one team tick.

It’s coming home 🌹

Hey guys I’m a long time listener and a massive fan of your pod. I’ve recommended it to all my mates, you two are a great listen and even more so as the World Cup carries on. Keep up the rose tinted work 👍🏻. Shout out the Poole rugby club 🐬

All Blacks are rubbish

Gentlemen

Aloha from the old alleynians rfc

A good win I can’t argue with that

The All Blacks looked shabby so obviously England are nailed on to beat them next Saturday

In a moment of rare wisdom you admitted slade looked rusty and mistake ridden

Correct

Daley looked a fish out of water a really really poor game

Jones must change a winning team

Ford to fly half - with Farrell and Manu outside

Joe or Cornish god on wing with May the other

Watson full back

Play form guys get the massive ball carriers in Joe C and Manu playing hard lines off either shoulder of the silky passer George Ford next Saturday - through the guts of NZ

It’s a massive step up vs ABs next Saturday

New game plan needed - and don’t tell me we can bully and muscle New Zealand into submission - everyone always thinks they can but never do .

They played at twice the pace of England vs Oz - we have a problem but we have a chance

The Blacks were on another planet

Fingers crossed

keep it up

Familiarity breeds content

Always hungry for more rugby podcast fare, I’ve been with these guys from the start. Not to say it wasn’t a little frustrating but the chat, speculation, befuddled musings and gross partisanship is guaranteed to grow on even the most casual england rugby fan. The live game recordings are a unique feature not found with their more practised competitors, a nice post international fixture pudding. Though reducing the pre to increase the half time and post match coverage would be more appropriate given 99% of listeners already know the result. Your regularity is key to loyal listenership lads, so thank you and keep it up. Larry
