They are actually polar opposites of each other. Michael grew up with more of an entrepreneurial background as his dad coached him to do things like rent out yo-yos at recess. John has more of the traditional “educational” background.

We dive into his story in this episode as well as some of the takeaways from his life experience. I joked that Rob is me in the future as he is at a level I aspire to reach (owning several businesses, having coaching clients, etc.).
