    • TV & Film

This week we're tackling the 19th episode of the Get Your Comic On podcast and doing it with a mild case of tonsillitis between us.

First up we're taking a deep dive on announcements from San Diego Comic Con including the new trailer for Star Trek: Picard, announcements on the upcoming DCTV crossover event Crisis On Infinite Earths and the huge announcements from Marvel Studios on its MCU Phase 4.

In our movie roundup we're talking quick looks at some of our upcoming screenings including Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood, Batman: Hush and Asterix: Secret of the Magic Potion.

Finally we get around to discussing the epic third season of Netflix mega-hit Stranger Things and the first season of Amazon Prime's new superhero show The Boys.

Neil takes a look at DC Comics latest Black Label release, Batman: Curse of The White Knight and we wrap up our TV talk for the week with a look at the pilot for new Warner Bros. and Epic series Pennyworth.

Finally we're catching you up on all the action from last weekend's London Film & Comic Con.
