Ep. 026 Getting Clear On Your Brand Story

Cracking Content Podcast

Welcome to the Cracking Content Podcast, helping entrepreneurs to amplify their expertise through storytelling, content, and PR so they can get more sales and make a bigger impact. Every business has a story to tell. Don't be afraid to tell it.

In this episode I’m going to be talking about getting clear on your brand’s story. So the word 'Story' conveys a lot of different meanings. When I think of a story, it usually involves characters, plots, settings, and the framework of a beginning, middle, and end. But the way in which we tell stories has been revolutionized quite dramatically.

[1:42] The first key point consumers need to know about your business is who you are. What made you think about the idea for your business?

[2:17] Next, visualise. Allow your consumers to see how you've transformed.

[3:24] Have a target. Successful businesses know what kind of consumer or client or customer they want to target.

[3:49] Do you want to create bold, disruptive content or something more simple and to the point?

[4:41] Getting clear on your brand story will help you create compelling content, which creates connections and those all-important conversations with your potential clients and customers
