Today, we are joined by Avigail who will teach us how to turn ADHD into a superpower.
Avigail has witnessed ADHD first hand with her students, and then with her husband and her kids. Throughout the years she has tried many different techniques as well as invented some of the solutions that she will share with us today.
ADHD (or Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions of childhood, and according to UCDavis Health, it occurs in 5-9% of the population.
The symptoms do tend to evolve when growing-up.
