Hey lovely Foggers and Foglets, welcome to Episode 7.
We honestly can’t believe we’ve made it this far, or that we even got started in the first place, but we feel very lucky to have had such incredible support and to have built such an amazing community. For Episode lucky 7, it feels appropriate to say a huge THANK YOU for listening, engaging and being a part of our little movement and another huge THANK YOU to the lovely ladies who have ‘bought us a coffee’ via ‘Buy Me a Coffee’ (link below). In this episode, as well as the usual Fog Moments, we’re talking about the emotional rollercoaster that is the Meno Ride and sharing (or possibly over sharing) our experiences of one of the least talked about meno symptoms, urinary incontinence or Bladder Bleepers as we prefer to call them.
